Our Suppliers

We currently work with various  UK wholesalers that are committed to fairtrade and have strict policies in place to address the wealth imbalance in the world. Their partnerships with producers are an invaluable way of building bridges, showing that people can work together for mutual benefit, no matter what their race, religion or culture.

Our fairtrade products originate from a wide range of countries in Africa, Asia & South America. They are produced by a variation of  co-operatives, private organisations, family groups, voluntary groups that help self dependant artisians survive in their own community and independant fairtrade groups.

Each producer ensures fair terms and good working conditions and employ & teach local artisians and crafts people.

Some of the producers are supporting a particular project such as women who have been victims of human trafficking and on a rehabilitation programme or people who live in remote mountain villages and have no other way of supporting themselves.

Our suppliers try to ensure that the whole community benefits from its committment to the producers and not just the individuals. They visit many producers to ensure the strict fairtrade standards are applied
